LaSalle Network is Hiring a Contract Recruiter Near Chicago, IL
The ideal candidate for this Contract Recruiter role will have at least four years of recruiting experience in the healthcare space, familiarity with mental healthcare is a plus! This is a full cycle recruiting position and will be primarily remote.
Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Manage 10- 20 requisitions at a time across clinical and non clinical positions
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, negotiate offers and everything in between
- Build rapport with various hiring managers to be able to learn more about the various requisitions and provide the best possible candidates
- Provide support in compliance and employment laws
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4 year of healthcare recruiting experience
- Experience managing job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Zip Recruiter
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic and driven for personal and company success
