LaSalle Network has partnered with the world's largest auctioneer of used heavy equipment and trucks. They are looking for a skilled and passionate Bilingual Customer Care Post- Sales Specialist to join their dynamic team.
Shifts are onsite in Fort Worth, TX, Monday-Friday, between 7am-7pm CST. Compensation for this position is $19 / hr.
Bilingual Customer Care Post- Sales Specialist Responsibilities
- Supporting customers post sale via phone calls or emails
- Handle 70 calls a day
- Reviewing Sales Tax forms, handling refunds
- Handle dispute resolution
Bilingual Customer Care Post- Sales Specialist Requirements :
- Customer Service Experience
- Experience within Sales Tax Forms
- Bilingual-Spanish Preferred or French Canadian
