LaSalle Network is excited to present a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic and growing company as a Bilingual Japanese Accounting Assistant. If you are meticulous, organized, and fluent in BOTH English and Japanese, this position is for you.
Bilingual Japanese Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:

• Daily Accounting Operations: Handle accounts payable and receivable to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for company activities.
• Invoice and Expense Management: Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions efficiently.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries to ensure accuracy.
• Month-End and Year-End Closing: Support the accounting team during month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Bilingual Communication: Communicate with clients, vendors, and colleagues in both English and Japanese.
• Financial Reporting: Assist with financial reporting and analysis as required.
• Administrative Support: Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as needed to support the department.

Bilingual Japanese Accounting Assistant Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is a plus.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Japanese (verbal and written).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel is required; familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team and Independence: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Professionalism: High level of integrity and professionalism.
