We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from conception through end-of-life, ensuring their products meet market needs and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a keen understanding of market trends and a passion for delivering exceptional products.

Product Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape
  • Define product positioning and value proposition to ensure market differentiation
  • Oversee the product development process, including ideation, design, prototyping, testing and launch
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing and sales, to ensure successful product delivery
  • Manage product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact
  • Monitor product performance, analyzing sales data, customer feedback and market trends
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations to drive growth and profitability
  • Prepare and present product performance reports to senior management
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring customer needs are prioritized
  • Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to gather customer insights and address product-related issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners and suppliers
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Establish clear project goals, timelines and deliverables, and monitor progress against objectives
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle

Product Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field. MBA preferred
  • 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the durable goods industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles from concept to launch
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Aha!, Trello)
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional products
