LaSalle Network is Hiring a Sales Operations Analyst Near Glenview, IL

LaSalle Network is partnering with an organization that is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join their team. The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for creating and analyzing customized reports to meet specific organizational goals. In this role you will own the development, automation and maintenance of reporting while providing recommendation on how key insights can be used to positively impact their clients. You will partner across the business to turn stakeholder needs into data driven solutions. This position requires the ability to be onsite in Glenview, IL on a hybrid basis.

Sales Operations Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and generate scheduled reports to monitor KPIs for all levels of the Sales organization
  • Drive improvements and standardization in reporting, forecasting, predictive modeling, scorecards and dashboards to support leadership decision making
  • Create ad hoc reporting on an as needed basis for sales, marketing, e-commerce and other departments with recommendations for action
  • Develop/innovate organization and sales reporting highlighting gaps and/or opportunities for growth based on insights
  • Works to maintain/improved data hygiene and structure partnering with the Data Analytics and Data Management teams
  • Subject Matter Expert within the Commercial team on knowing ins/outs of internal systems along with how data is stored for system and cross system reporting including involvement in acquisition legacy reporting tools. Partners with the Finance, Master Data Management and CRM teams to determine best reporting tool assist with builds and validates accuracy

Sales Operations Analyst Requirements:

  • 3 years leading enterprise-level reporting, analytics and/or strategy in a highly complex sales/sales operations environment in order to identify issues, trends or exceptions to drive margin enhancement
  • Experience using MS Office advanced level Excel & PowerPoint, various CRM Tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Salesforce specifically preferred)
  • Prior Experience in pipeline and sales performance reporting a plus
  • Excellent presentation skills: strong skill in effective communication with all levels of leadership
