LaSalle Network has partnered with one of the largest and fastest growing fleet management companies in the world. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Finance & Treasury Analyst specializing in Corporate Funding and Securitization to join our client's dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing corporate funding activities, including asset-backed securitization transactions, both private and public. The role also involves engaging in various financial market transactions, supporting investor relations, researching alternative funding sources and participating in treasury reporting. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in corporate banking, corporate treasury or corporate funding, and significant experience in securitization or structured debt.

This role is hybrid with 3 days per week in office in Schaumburg, IL. Compensation is budgeted for $100,000-$105,000, plus bonus.


Senior Finance & Treasury Analyst - Securitization/ Corporate Funding Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in all corporate funding activities, ensuring the optimization of funding strategies and maintaining the financial health of the company
• Manage and execute asset-backed securitization transactions, including both private and public fleet lease asset-backed securitization transactions
• Engage in other financial market transactions to support corporate funding needs
• Provide ongoing analytics and support to investor relations, ensuring transparency and effective communication with stakeholders
• Conduct thorough research on alternative funding sources to diversify and optimize the company's funding portfolio
• Monitor and analyze debt facilities, funding rates, lease rates, financial derivatives, treasury cash flows and other key financial performance metrics
• Participate in treasury reporting, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of all relevant KPIs related to treasury activity and the lease portfolio
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies
• Develop and deliver high-quality presentations to senior management and stakeholders using advanced PowerPoint skills
• Utilize strong Excel skills to create detailed financial models, reports and forecasts

Senior Finance & Treasury Analyst - Securitization/ Corporate Funding Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 3 years of experience in corporate banking, corporate treasury or corporate funding
• Proven experience in securitization or structured debt
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create complex financial models and compelling presentations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
