LaSalle Network is Hiring a Senior Project Manager Near Chicago, IL
Our client is a major player in the construction materials manufacturing industry, with a strong commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead two critical pricing projects within their organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects mid-flight, with specific experience in pricing teams or pricing technology and software implementation.
Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the integration of ceiling options attributes within the Oracle Advanced Pricing module
- Oversee the enhancement of our website to include a comprehensive price comparison feature for our client's goods
- Take charge of projects from the current stage, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives, timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pricing, IT and marketing to ensure seamless project execution
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
- Lead all relevant testing activities, including functional, integration and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Ensure all test cases are comprehensive and aligned with project requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to resolve any issues discovered during testing
Senior Project Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing projects mid-flight, particularly in pricing-related initiatives
- Strong background in working with pricing teams or technology
- Extensive experience in software implementation, particularly with Oracle Advanced Pricing or similar systems
This role is hybrid onsite in downtown Chicago 3x/week, is a contract lasting through the end of the year and can pay between 65-70/hr. If you are interested in this opportunity and qualify per the requirements, please apply today.
