As a Staff Accountant- SaaS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of their financial records. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting, with specific experience in the SaaS industry. Proficiency in NetSuite is preferred, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment is essential.
Staff Accountant- SaaS Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with accounting principles
• Assist in the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts and ensuring the timely completion of financial reporting
• Apply your knowledge of SaaS industry accounting principles to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting
• Utilize your expertise in NetSuite to navigate and manage financial data efficiently. Previous experience with NetSuite is highly desirable
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance, contributing to strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits and ensure the availability of necessary documentation
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of financial processes and controls

Staff Accountant- SaaS Requirements:

• Accounting experience in a SaaS environment is required for this position
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• CPA or progress towards CPA certification is a plus
• Proven experience as a Staff Accountant, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Familiarity with NetSuite software is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
