LaSalle has partnered with a client that is searching for a bright and motivated Treasury Analyst to join their team! You'll be the hero behind the scenes, ensuring their financial operations are secure, efficient and compliant. This position will work hybrid out of Carmel, Indiana and can pay competitively for an early career role. They are looking for someone to grow and develop into a talented Treasury Analyst.

Treasury Analyst Responsibilities:

• Monitor transactions, manage bank accounts and support the forecasting process
• Oversee company card programs, manage user access and fight fraud
• Implement procedures, review expense reports and ensure everyone's on the same page

Treasury Analyst Requirements:

• A college graduate with a financial mind (think economics, finance or something similar)
• A seasoned pro with 2 years of experience under their belt (banking, public accounting or corporate works too!)
• An Excel whiz with a knack for numbers and analysis
• A great communicator who can collaborate with anyone
• A self-starter who thrives in a team environment
• A knack for working independently and collaboratively
• A sharp mind with the confidence to tackle complex financial issues
