Summary:

A Channel Sales Manager is a professional responsible for managing sales activities within a specific distribution channel or channels. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth. This individual will play a key role in developing channel strategies, executing sales plans, and providing support to our partners to ensure success.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing support, training, and resources as needed.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company objectives.

What You’ll bring:

• Potential candidates must have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in channel sales management or related roles within the manufacturing equipment, photonics, among others.
• Proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partner relationships, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is required.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
