My Am Law 200 law firm client is very actively seeking a junior to mid-level general / commercial litigation associate for its Boston or Providence office, with around 2-5 years of experience.
The firm offers a quality work experience and a quality of life. The firm offers sophisticated work, is highly-profitable and is well-run. The firm regularly encounters the big firms in terms of sophistication, and the firm has a lot of Big Law refugees (two litigation associates are starting next week from GT and Morgan Lewis). The firm offers practical, hands-on experience, including the opportunity to go to court. The billables are 1,800, and most associates don’t make it to 1,800 hours. There is a discretionary and an hours bonus. Opportunities to work across offices are plentiful.
