Latham Pool Products is Hiring a Loader Near Dewitt, IA
Description
- A competitive starting wage at $23.85 per hour.

- Properly load pools
- Properly tie down and secure pools
- Foam rib pool (prep for nesting of pools)
- Use the proper procedures for removing a pool shell from the mold to include proper procedures for rope holding
- Inspect pool and accessories.
- Understand the Latham quality standards for all delivered pools
- Know pool models, size and map locations of our molds
- Ability to work on a team, work independently, and work with your hands.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8-12 hour shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work outside in various degrees of temperature
