About us
Lathrop Builders is a small family-owned construction company that specializes in high-end residential remodeling primarily in the Indian Wells and Palm Desert areas. Our main focus is construction management (estimating, scheduling, site management, subcontractor management, etc.). We also have a small in-house labor crew that focuses on job site maintenance, light demo, and debris removal.

Lathrop Builders, Inc is looking for Entry Level Construction Laborer to join our team in Palm Desert, CA!
Job Description:
- Job site maintenance
- Shop maintenance
- Light demolition
- Debris removal
- Dump runs
- Trenching
- Cleaning
- General labor
Compensation:
- $18 to $20 per hour
Benefits:

Hours Per Week:
- 40 (flexible schedule for students)
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00am to 3:30pm
- Optional Saturday work available depending on season
