Job Description:

Latino Case Management LLC ADHC is seeking a highly energetic and creative individual to join our team as a Daycare Coordinator. This role is pivotal in ensuring our participants have a fulfilling and enjoyable experience each day. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading a variety of activities that cater to our diverse community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily entertainment and activities for all participants.
• Create a weekly activity calendar that includes a variety of engaging activities and daily exercise routines.
• Incorporate a diverse range of activities to meet the interests and needs of all participants.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe and inclusive manner.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive and vibrant environment.
• Maintain records of participant attendance and activity participation.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (Spanish and English).
• Previous experience in a similar role is required, or similar settings.
• Must pass all background checks, including fingerprinting, drug test, and TB test.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High energy level and a passion for working with the elderly and diverse populations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
