Job Overview:
Latino Case Management LLC Adult Day Health Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Our center is dedicated to providing top-notch care and support to our participants, and we are looking for a professional who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to participants in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Perform health assessments and continuously monitor the overall health and well-being of participants.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to each participant's needs.
• Educate participants and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all participants.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of Kentucky.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an adult day care or community health setting.
• Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of nursing best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Must pass all background checks, including fingerprinting, drug test, and TB test.
• Current CPR certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.22 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
