Minimum Qualifications of the Consumer Marketing and Advertising Attorney (Remote, Part-Time, Contract Engagement):
- 6 years of consumer marketing regulatory and transactional experience (in-person and online channels, nationwide)
- Significant experience reviewing and advising on marketing practices, advertising campaigns and materials and written promotional and contracting documents.
- Specific experience with consumer financing practices is a bonus
- Prior experience at an Am Law 200 corporate law firm, a sophisticated boutique firm, or in-house with a major company is strongly-preferred
- Excellent academic credentials
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
- Outstanding references
- Type of role: Contract / Engagement
- Schedule: Part-time to Full-time - ongoing / indefinite term
- Location: Remote for Atlanta-based Company
