Patent Litigation Attorney (Remote Opportunity):Latitude is looking for a California licensed attorney with 8 years of patent litigation experience who is eager to do contract/engagement work with a Bay Area boutique law firm. An engineering or computer science background is preferred. Experience working with companies based in China is also preferred. This is a great opportunity for anyone with the required experience who is looking to do to remote work without a billable hour requirement. The successful candidate should have significant experience handling written discovery, motion work, depositions and court hearings in patent litigation matters. It is a part-time contract position (approximately 25 hours per week). The successful candidate can be living anywhere in the United States. However, they must be licensed in California.
