Description

Student Analyst at Latitude Therapy

Latitude Therapy is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children. We are dedicated to creating a supportive environment that fosters the growth of children. As a Student Analyst, you will play a vital role in our clinic leadership team, requiring strong leadership, collaboration, communication, development, and multitasking skills. Your unwavering commitment to compassion and the ability to continuously assess and manage ongoing developments and concerns of client care will be essential.

Responsibilities:

- Provide ABA therapy to children in the clinic for at least 20 billable hours per week

- Assist with scheduling and managing tardiness of clients

- Collaborate with the clinic leadership team to ensure the highest quality of care for clients

- Continuously assess and manage ongoing developments and concerns of client care

- Attend regular supervision meetings with the clinical team

- Complete administrative tasks for 10 hours per week, encompassing a mix of restricted and unrestricted activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field

- Completion of coursework in ABA therapy

- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities

- Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, and multitasking skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for clients
