Latitude Vacation Rentals is Hiring an Assistant Hotel Manager/Property Site Manager Near Orleans, LA

ABOUT THE JOB

Looking for an outgoing team member with great people and communication skills that is willing to do what it takes to get the job done !!

The role is a mid-level position that will support multiple businesses managed by the CEO.

This role primary function will be in managing daily operations of a Vacation/Corporate Rental Business as well as provide admin support to Management.

You will serve as the primary representative for client management and customer relations. In addition you will also supervise the activities of the cleaning and maintenance staff in order to achieve the plans and objectives outlined by the company.

For this position one must have management /supervisor experience , this role will start part time and development into a full time position. Compensation Range is based on Experience

In short, this you will support the following functions for the company

  • Air B and B Management
  • Property Management
  • Special Projects/Events

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Associate Degree

Experience

  • 3 - 5 years of related work experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Sales and marketing
  • Attention to detail and high level of organization
  • Ability to meet regular deadlines
  • Event mgmt

Preferred Qualifications

Education

  • Sales Management /Human Resources

Experience

  • 3 years of Management experience
  • 2 Sales and/or Marketing experience
  • 3 Hospitality Industry

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Online Short Term Rental Platforms
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience working with vendors for materials and supplies
  • Training Staff
  • Sops
  • Excellent Written Skills
