Position Summary :
The Client Collections Analyst is responsible for managing the collection process for client accounts receivable. This role involves interacting with clients, tracking payments, resolving billing issues, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections, preferably in a law firm environment, and excellent communication skills.
This position is remote but candidates must live a commutable distance away from one of the following offices : Philadelphia, Baltimore, Chesterbrook, Wilmington or Washington DC.
