Position Summary :

The Client Collections Analyst is responsible for managing the collection process for client accounts receivable. This role involves interacting with clients, tracking payments, resolving billing issues, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections, preferably in a law firm environment, and excellent communication skills.

This position is remote but candidates must live a commutable distance away from one of the following offices : Philadelphia, Baltimore, Chesterbrook, Wilmington or Washington DC.

Responsibilities :

• Client Communication : Contact clients to discuss overdue accounts and arrange payment plans.
• Billing Resolution : Work with attorneys and billing staff to resolve billing issues and disputes.
• Account Reconciliation : Reconcile client accounts and track payment history.
• Collection Strategy : Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce outstanding balances.
• Reporting : Prepare and analyze reports on collections and aging accounts.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with firm policies and collection laws and regulations.
• Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
