Michigan Auto Law is searching for a highly skilled intake specialist and customer service agent to engage with new callers and obtain personal contact and accident information from potential new clients. This role is a critical part of our “intake” team for potential clients who are first-time callers to our firm . The right candidate will create a positive, professional, world-class experience for each and every new caller.

$15 - $20 an hour

• Obtain client information by answering telephone calls; returning calls from online chat requests, and interviewing potential clients about the facts surrounding the accident
• Thoroughly and accurately record client information in the database
• Answer basic client questions about the firm and forward calls to an attorney for questions requiring legal advice
• Send out follow-up information to potential clients
