Position Overview:
The Instructional Designer Specialist will design, develop, and implement engaging and effective e-learning courses and training programs using Articulate Storyline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and e-learning development, with proven experience in creating interactive and impactful training materials.
Responsibilities:

• Instructional Design:
• Design and develop e-learning courses, instructional materials, and training programs using Articulate Storyline
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences
• Develop course outlines, storyboards, and scripts to guide the creation of training content
• Content Development:
• Create interactive and multimedia-rich e-learning modules that incorporate graphics, audio, video, and animations
• Ensure that all training materials are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with learning objectives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and validate content for training materials
• E-Learning Development:
• Utilize Articulate Storyline to develop interactive and engaging e-learning modules
• Integrate quizzes, assessments, and interactive activities to enhance learner engagement and retention
• Test and troubleshoot e-learning modules to ensure functionality and compatibility across various platforms and devices
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery
• Coordinate with team members, SMEs, and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and objectives
• Track and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays
• Evaluation and Improvement:
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
• Continuously improve training materials based on learner feedback and evaluation results
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning development
• Training Support:
• Provide support and guidance to trainers and facilitators on the use of e-learning materials and tools
• Develop user guides, manuals, and job aids to assist learners in navigating and utilizing e-learning modules
• Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed to demonstrate the effective use of training materials
