Looking for an experience learning management consultant is join our team.

• Develop strategies and deliver training for key inter-department initiatives including more consistent process, documentation approach, and hand-off processes.
• Help track and report progress across the company for key initiatives related to process and tool usage
• Design, develop and revise instructional strategies and learning materials using effective principles of adult learning theory and evaluation data and validate all components.
• Will work closely with the teams to ensure training materials are created, updated, and delivered to meet key business needs.
• Create weekly learnings around processes or skills in live or eLearning formats.
• Participate in formal and informal assessments of learners.
• Provide coaching support to team members to ensure consistency of learner skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate training records and notes to be used in learner coaching.

• 8 years of experience in learning and development is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience with Lectora eLearning Authoring tool.
• Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) is desired.
