Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong background in acquisitions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex technical projects and experience in the acquisitions process, including due diligence, integration, and post-acquisition support. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with our strategic goals. Secret clearance required.
\nResponsibilities:- Project Management: Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Acquisitions Support: Collaborate with the acquisitions team to provide technical expertise during the due diligence process. Assess the technical aspects of potential acquisitions and contribute to integration planning and execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and project teams, to provide updates, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Proactively address issues and resolve conflicts that may arise during project execution.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budgets, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical knowledge to guide project teams, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Integration Management: Oversee the technical integration of acquired entities, including systems, processes, and personnel. Ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
