JOB TITLE: Second Shift Supervisor – Plastic Injection Molding LOCATION: Waukesha County (Eagle, WI) SALARY RANGE: $28-34/hour OT OVERVIEW: Our client, a highly regarded industry leader that specializes in providing plastic injection molding services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced second Shift Supervisor to join its team at its facility in Eagle. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the second shift operations, ensuring production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the 2nd shift production team. • Ensure all production schedules are met in a timely manner. • Monitor and maintain quality standards, implementing corrective actions as needed. • Train and mentor production staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. • Enforce safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees. • Collaborate with other shift supervisors and management to achieve production goals. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime. • Maintain accurate production and inventory records. • Properly and safely shut down equipment and facility at the end of 2nd shift. QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or associate degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 3 years of supervisory experience. • Plastic injection molding experience strongly preferred. • Candidates with set-up experience are eligible for a higher pay rate. • Strong leadership and team-building skills. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work 2nd shift hours (3:30 PM - 12:30 AM). • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and production management software
