Job Summary: We're in search of an adept Senior Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member, you'll spearhead and execute comprehensive audits, encompassing both Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and non-SOX mandates throughout the organization. Directly reporting to the Internal Audit Manager, your role entails overseeing audit procedures, mentoring junior auditors, and enhancing the company's compliance and operational efficacy. This role involves approximately 15% travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead and scrutinize the work of Internal Auditors, ensuring meticulous documentation and testing of SOX processes and controls.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Audit Manager in formulating and validating audit findings while developing associated action plans.
• Auditing: Conduct formal audits across the entire audit cycle, from planning and fieldwork to reporting.
• Mentorship: Guide junior auditors and impart insights on best practices and internal audit methodologies.
• Risk Assessment: Participate in risk evaluations and pinpoint potential internal control vulnerabilities.
• Compliance: Oversee and execute both SOX and non-SOX audits, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in internal or external auditing.
• Certifications: Actively pursuing or possessing CPA, CIA, or CISA certification.
• Expertise: Strong grasp of internal auditing theories and techniques, including control types and testing procedures.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational and documentation skills; ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
