Position Overview:

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing new lines of products to be sold on our website. This is an inside sales position with no travel required. The role requires a proactive individual with strong research and negotiation skills to close deals with prospective vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential new product lines relevant to the Laundromat industry.
• Engage with prospective vendors and negotiate terms to establish partnerships.
• Track and report on business development activities and results.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Only some sales experience is necessary; the perfect candidate may have worked in a cell phone store or other inside sales roles.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods.

Compensation:

• Base salary of $40,000 per year.
• Commission of $1,000 for each vendor successfully set up on our website.
