Responsibilities
- Answering inbound phone calls and making outbound calls.
- Supporting teammates with follow-up for clients and prospects.
- Promptly respond to client needs either on the phone or electronically.
- Cultivate new opportunities and offer additional lines of insurance.
- Assist with other office duties as they arise and are needed.
Requirement
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organized, structured, and punctual.
- Patient, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, supportive, kind, ethical, and honest.
- Customer Service : 1 year.
- P&C license a plus.
