Overview - What You’ll Do
As a Server / Party Concierge, you will manage the delivery of the party experience for party hosts and guests, from set-up and check-in through check-out. You will work with other party team members to deliver the Lava Island party experience. You will help lead a cohesive team that supports each other’s success in a fast-paced environment

- Create positive and memorable party experiences
- Ensure guest satisfaction by assisting party hosts and anticipating their needs
- Handle guests’ complaints by listening to concerns, informing a manager, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere
- Take pride in providing a clean and safe environment for our customers

Qualifications - What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of serving experience preferred OR 1 year of Lava Island experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Available on evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professionalism in appearance, attitude, and demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs throughout a shift
- Ability to listen, understand, and respond to guest requests in a loud environment
- Ability to communicate clearly through writing and speaking
- Ability to work in a hot, noisy, fast-paced environment
- Work well under pressure
- Ability to quickly and accurately count change

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.42 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Every weekend
• Holidays
• Morning shift

Ability to Relocate:

• Aurora, CO 80011: Relocate before starting work (Required)
