Job Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent technical certification - 2 years of experience in maintenance work, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting - Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems - Proficiency with hand and power tools - Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders - Experience with troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment - Basic computer skills for record keeping and reporting - Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations (OSHA) - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various positions, including standing, kneeling, and climbing ladders - Availability for on-call work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
