We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our client into its next phase of growth. This role offers the chance to shape the future of a dynamic company at the intersection of tech recruitment and management consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT outsourcing and financial management.
What You'll DoDevelop and implement business strategies and lead all operations and business activities
Oversee financial performance, including P&L management, taxes, and investment plans
Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
Make decisions to advance the business and increase profits
At least 5 years of proven success in managing an IT outsourcing company or a department within an IT outsourcing company
Strong experience in managing finances, including P&L management, taxes, and investment planning
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a high-performing environment
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and innovation
Ability to see the big picture and balance risks and opportunities
Flexibility to adapt to the changing tech landscape and market dynamics
Effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
Strong IT outsourcing industry knowledge
