Description:

The client is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Attorney to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, CA. As a leading law firm specializing in construction law, we are committed to providing exceptional legal services to our clients in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients on a wide range of construction law matters, including contract negotiation, project disputes, construction defects, liens, and claims.
• Draft and review construction contracts, subcontract agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on construction law issues and provide strategic guidance to clients on risk management and dispute resolution.
• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and litigation proceedings related to construction disputes, and effectively advocate for their interests in court.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the State Bar of California.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience practicing construction law, with a strong background in contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and litigation.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling complex construction law matters, including familiarity with relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
