Corporate Associate Attorney-Capital Markets

Prominent Manhattan law firm of some 140-attorneys is seeking a Capital Markets/Securities attorney for their busy corporate practice group. The right individual has 1-8 years of law firm-based corporate securities/capital markets experience, including corporate finance matters for public and private companies as well as public and private merger and acquisition matters. Additional work includes Public Offerings, private placement of debt and equity securities. Firm also represents issuers, underwriters, placement agents and selling stockholders. 33/34 Act compliance experience is a plus!Competitive salary, both basic and performance-based bonus, reasonable hours, good mentoring.
