Paralegal
Our law firm based is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal support team and contribute to the growth and success of our rapidly expanding practice. The ideal candidate must possess at least 4 years of personal injury experience.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, diligent, detail-oriented Paralegal. An individual with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, who is comfortable working in a multitasking, hands-on, challenging, fast paced environment. We are looking for people that can facilitate a high volume of detail-oriented work and is committed to providing Best in Class customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Pro-Actively communicate with clients, medical providers and insurance carriers.
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Complete tasks in designated time frame.
· Update and maintain client database
· Drafting correspondence and other pre-litigation related documents
· Obtain and verify the required documents from clients and providers that are necessary for preparing and processing claims.
Qualifications:
· Proficient with Windows/MS Office Applications
