We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Adjuster and/or PI Adjuster to become a part of our Law Firm! You will interview prospective new clients, investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of the defendant's liability in various claims. You will send out Letters of Protection, collect medical records and medical billing, and draft a Demand Letter to the Insurance Company.

Responsibilities:

• Correspond and interview with our Client, medical specialists, agents, and witnesses to compile information
• Take accurate and detailed statements from all involved parties
• Assist our Client in obtaining proper medical care and sending out Letters of Protection
• Collect our Client's Medical Bills and Records from various Medical Providers.
• Negotiate and settle property losses with little oversight
• Coordinate with the Attorney in handling cases correctly

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance and/or law
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Spanish Speaking, preferred, but not mandatory.
