Associate Attorney
The Law Offices of Stockton, Kandt & Associates, LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Estate Planning firm as the Probate/Trust Administration attorney. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney in an established Johnson County law firm with offices in Gardner and Overland Park. Job Description:
Candidates must have credentials from an ABA approved law school, actively licensed by the Kansas/Missouri state bar, and have excellent communication and writing skills. There is extensive attorney/ client interaction therefore the ideal candidate must possess strong client service and communication skills. Duties include but are not limited to conducting initial client meetings, assisting our clients with their probate matters, assisting our clients with the administration of their deceased loved one's trusts and working with assigned paralegal/case managers.
Mentoring and training will be provided.
Compensation and Benefits:
The associated attorney will be salaried based on experience which is based on experience and grit. The Law Offices of Stockton, Kandt & Associates, LLC offers a 401(k) with an employer match, disability insurance, life insurance as well as paid annual bar and registration fees, paid CLE hours, professional coaching, professional liability insurance and membership fees for firm-approved community and civic organizations. The Law Offices of Stockton, Kandt & Associates, LLC also offers paid vacation and sick time, as well as other benefits, including a 4-day work week.
