The Law Offices of Nair & Levin P.C. is seeking to fill an entry level full-time associate position in its Bloomfield, Connecticut office. The Firm has operated since 1937 and its main areas of practice are Creditor’s Rights and Personal Injury. As a new associate, this is an opportunity to work with an incredible team of smart and supportive people and gain valuable litigation experience.

Duties:

- Drafting and reviewing complaints and pleadings

- Attending remote and in-person hearings

- Assisting with and maintaining client communications

- Learning/knowing state and federal collection regulations

- Handling Receivership Files

Requisite Experience:

- Connecticut State Bar Admission in good standing is required

- Massachusetts State Bar Admission is an advantage

- 0-3 years legal experience

- Courtroom experience is a plus

- Strong organization skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and LexisNexis

Base salary plus client origination compensation.
