Front Desk Receptionist needed for medium sized law firm in Downtown Los Angeles.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and transferring a high volume of phone calls
• Greeting clients and ensuring they are taken care of in a timely manner
• Entering records information in the database
• Processing change of address forms
• Assisting clients with mileage reimbursement

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience with NEC phones, switchboards or the ability to quickly learn
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
