Job Title: Part-Time Bi-Lingual Receptionist

Location: Law Offices of Tedone & Morton, P.C., Joliet IL

About Us: Join our team at Tedone & Morton, P.C., where we are dedicated to exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment.

Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and professional bi-lingual receptionist to join our team part-time. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, and will have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner; Answer and direct phone calls in both English and Spanish; Money Handling; Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable; Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the calendar; Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries; and, provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken); Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment; and High school diploma or equivalent

Hours:

  • Part-time during the week, some Saturdays.
