In-House Associate-Litigation Attorney

One of the country’s top trial consultancy firms, based in Manhattan, is seeking a junior to mid-level litigation attorney with 4-10 years of complex litigation experience to join their litigation consulting practice on a permanent basis. Interested attorneys should have top commercial or securities litigation experience (company will also look at other practice areas), preferably from Biglaw or a top mid-sized firm, with prior trial preparation experience. 1st or 2nd chair trial experience is a major plus! Research/writing experience, including revising briefs, drafting jury instructions, and work on moot court type proceedings is a plus. Salary in the $230K-$270K range, not including a generous bonus structure that should bring total comp in the $300K range. Other than eve of trial situations, normal in-house business hours.
