Serves clients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Answers telephones promptly, takes phone messages, forwards phone calls to paralegal or attorney as appropriate.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Returns telephone calls promptly and no later than next business day after call is received.
