Law is Hiring a Receptionist Near Miami, FL
ResponsibilitiesRepresent the firm as the first voice and first face that our clients engage with.
Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each persons’ visit and directs them accordingly.
Handle multi lines switchboard, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate team member.
Reserve conference rooms for meetings and communicates with team members regarding the needs for those meetings.
Ensure reception and lobby area areas are clean and tidy.
Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office, including FedEx, UPS, other.
Handle parking validations and record keeping.
Communicate with building management for any in-house needs.
Perform administrative and clerical support tasks.
Coordinate and place food orders for meetings and communicates with officer services.
Perform other duties as needed.
Education, Experience, SkillsHigh School diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Reception, or related area.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at desk.
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
