Uvalle Law Firm, PLLC is a personal injury law firm that is looking to add a Pre-Litigation Attorney to our dynamic team. This role will require the hands-on management of many cases and firm employees. You will have the opportunity to work with and grow yourself and your team for the benefit of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor and review cases to ensure excellent service

· Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters and medical providers in order to resolve a case efficiently and for the highest possible settlement

· Negotiate claims with insurance attorneys and defense counsel to meet monthly goals

· Review medical records and bills for utilization in case development

· Supervise legal support staff and give direction on cases

· Perform cost/benefit analysis of settlement vs. litigation

Requirements:

· Texas Bar License required

· 3 years of personal injury related experience, whether on the plaintiff or defense side of the docket.

· An aggressive, competitive negotiator ready to be a zealous advocate for our clients

· Ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.

· Communicate with clients with empathy and compassion and in a timely manner

· Correspond with clients and opposing counsel

· Support attorneys and staff within the pre-litigation team

· Analyze and summarize legal documents

· Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

· Salary plus uncapped bonus

Your Compensation –

• Base Salary with Bonuses: $100,000 to $200,000 per year
