Automotive Sales/ Floor Manager - Lawless Jeep

We are looking for a strong Sales/ Floor Manager to work directly with our Sales Team daily. Assist our Sales Reps with Customer Leads, Trade Appraisals, Desking Deals, Daily Follow-up Tasks, Training, managing our Daily Delivery Schedule and always striving for the highest standards in Customer Satisfaction possible.

· Personable, outgoing, positive attitude, and professional

· Strong Closing Skills

· Ability to work with our staff and our customers to build a strong, long-lasting relationship.

· Excellent communications skills

· Previous Automotive Sales Management Experience required.

· Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Pay range: $150k to $250k plus.
