• Competitive commission-based compensation along with a desirable base hourly wage . Pay range offered for this role is $38,000-$69,000 annually or $18-$33 per hour;

You will ?

• Deliver high quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to residential, industrial, institutional and commercial customers;??

• Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters;?
• Seek opportunities for customer base growth;?
• Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services;?
• Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as but not limited to service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements;?
• Collect payments from customers at the time of service, if applicable;?

• Partner with call center and office staff to schedule/reschedule services, prioritize work and arrange service calls as necessary;?

?And serve as a key member of the branch team!?

• Must be at least 18 years old, no experience in pest control necessary?
• High School Diploma/GED?

• Valid drivers license?
• Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required

?

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.? ?
