Job Description: Healthy Homes Inspector I
Location: New Castle, PA 16101

- Assists with all essential tasks involving, but not limited to: Weatherization Assistance Program, LIHEAP Crisis, & LIHEAP Cooling

- Scheduling knowledge

Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct home inspections
- Maintaining and /or tracking job status
- Entering home modeling information into data base
- Communicate with contractors and clients to ensure completion of work to specifications
- Prepare cost estimates and work orders for crews and contractors
- Attend training sessions to maintain industry standards and best practices
- Maintain all required licenses to perform job duties
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in home inspection or related field preferred
- Knowledge of safe work practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
