This is a part-time on-site role as an Assistant Swim Coach at Lawrence County YMCA in New Castle, PA. The Assistant Swim Coach will be responsible for assisting with swim instruction, leading swim lessons, and providing lifeguarding support. The role will also involve participating and assisting in aquatics activities. Qualifications

• Experience in swim instruction, swimming, and swim lessons
• Lifeguarding certification
• Knowledge of aquatics and pool safety
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience coaching or teaching in a similar role is a plus
