Job Objective/Summary: The Staffing Coordinator ensures adequate staffing levels to meet the needs of our residents while adhering to regulatory requirements. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and a deep understanding of staffing needs within a healthcare setting.
Job Education, Licenses/Certifications, Knowledge & Experience: A High School Diploma or equivalent required. Licensed Nurse in good standing in the State of Arkansas. Familiar with educational requirements of State, Federal, OSHA, OBRA, and ADA regulations.
