Lawrence Healthcare is Hiring a Clinical Practice Director Near Walnut, AR

Job Objective/Summary: The Clinical Practice Director is primarily responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the day-to-day operations of Lawrence Memorial Hospital's (LMH) clinics. Oversight includes: Family Medical Center, Specialty Clinic, and other outlying provider clinics. The Clinical Practice Director is a professional administrator responsible for operational and financial leadership of a clinic practice. Oversees billing, coding, compliance, clinical activities, patient experience, implementation management, including marketing and revenue generation. This position will develop annual budgets, manage (hiring, counseling, evaluating and terminating) personnel and serve as the clinics electronic health record (EHR) co-lead. This position will have a close working relationship with all clinic providers and give support as needed. This positions also oversees all quality and patient experience initiatives throughout the clinics.
Job Education, Licenses/Certifications, Knowledge & Experience: A Baccalaureate degree is required. Business or a similar degree is preferred but not required. Master's degree in related field preferred. Prefer two years' experience in healthcare administration, full knowledge of provider clinic operations and billing, and some knowledge of ambulatory advance payment models. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to gather/analyze data. Must be able to monitor budgets and maintain detailed record keeping.
