al maintenance staff member completes assigned cleaning and light maintenance at the Lower School as directed by the Facility Manager. This position has a fixed schedule during the school year, Monday-Friday, 10:30-7 p.m. Pay rate for this position is $15 per hour ($31,200 per year). The schedule may vary during summer, student break periods, non-school days, and occasional scheduling needs. Benefit package options include medical, dental, vision, 403(b) retirement plan, paid vacation, and paid holidays. *JOB DUTIES:* * General cleaning of all areas within the school using proper techniques and supplies * Provide setup and tear down assistance for daily events (tables, chairs, equipment) * Facilitate light maintenance repairs as assigned, within qualifications * Carry boxes, move furniture, deliver receivables and supplies * Occasionally paint interior walls and surfaces *REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:* * High school diploma or GED * Ability to use brooms, mops, vacuums, and other cleaning supplies * Proper use of cleaning chemicals, including adherence to all safety procedures * Strong organizational and interpersonal skills * Good attendance record and reliability * Ability to work cooperatively with fellow team members * A clean criminal record (fingerprints and background check required) *TO APPLY:* Email a resume and three references to Penny Heiman, Lower School Facility Manager, at *mheiman@lawrenceschool.org.* Lawrence School is a co-ed, K-12 independent school located in Northeast Ohio.
